Comfortable beds in a charming atmosphere.
The check-in time is frustratingly late at 4 PM, giving me little time to explore Florence on my brief visit. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. It could barely fit two people with luggage, leading to a frustrating wait.

The location was peaceful and best possible, not too far away from an unfinished basilica. The economy room was tidy and airy, with a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The staff was very amiable & top-class.

While visiting Florence to see the stunning sights, the stay was quite enjoyable. The room was beautifully renovated with high ceilings and tiled floors, providing a charming atmosphere. I appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from the Mercato Centrale and the iconic Ponte Vecchio. It was great that I could leave my luggage before check-in and after checkout to explore more of the city.

The location was the best, you can visit Via Faenza by walking. This hotel was in a historic area just off the center of Florence, everything, train station, shopping area, Duomo and and all attractions and transport.

The check-in time at 4pm is positively ridiculous, especially for a solo traveler like me with no time to waste! A room upgrade would've been nice-a small courtesy for all the hassle! Just couldn't let my fellow travelers suffer uninformed.
